The Community Impact Partnership Program creates structured opportunities for mission-aligned organizations to collaborate with community health plans, contribute to shared problem-solving, and increase their visibility among TACHP members and stakeholders.
Listing on the TACHP website as a Strategic Partner
Opportunity for one annual LinkedIn spotlight highlighting collaborative initiatives, innovation, or community impact
Opportunities for facilitated introductions and relationship-building conversations with member plans and relevant stakeholders
One annual virtual presentation opportunity at an appropriate TACHP workgroup meeting
Opportunity to participate in TACHP-hosted educational webinars or solution-focused discussions on topics of interest to members, including affordability, quality improvement, or non-medical drivers of health
Opportunity to sponsor one in-person TACHP board or member event annually
Recognition during the sponsored event
Opportunity to provide informational materials to attendees
Signage and acknowledgment as an event sponsor
Opportunity for limited remarks or participation during the sponsored event, as appropriate
Priority consideration for webinar collaboration opportunities
Organizations will be considered based on alignment with TACHP’s mission, demonstrated commitment to Texas Medicaid populations, and ability to contribute meaningfully to member education, innovation, or community impact initiatives.

Data sharing, if applicable, requires proper agreements and compliance with applicable laws.
TACHP retains discretion regarding participation opportunities, event sponsorships, and educational programming.
Strategic partnerships are intended to support collaboration, education, and innovation consistent with TACHP’s mission and priorities.
TACHP reserves the right to decline or discontinue partnerships that are inconsistent with TACHP’s mission, policies, or strategic priorities.

Partnerships are one-year terms with renewal subject to review. TACHP may terminate for misalignment, non-compliance, or risk concerns.
